HubSpot integration
Connect HubSpot to your Midlyr workspace so our compliance testing engine can fetch selected CRM records and call metadata for compliance tests.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A Midlyr workspace administrator must connect the integration.
- In HubSpot, use a Super Admin account or an account with App Marketplace access and all requested data permissions.
- Your HubSpot administrator may also need to approve the app under your organization’s app settings.
- Your workspace needs a configured testing workflow and compliance tests for the records you want to review.
Add the app
Section titled “Add the app”- Sign in to Midlyr.
- Open Alignment → Integrations in your workspace.
- Select HubSpot under Add a connection.
- Sign in to HubSpot. Select your account. Review and approve the requested permissions.
- Return to Midlyr. Check that HubSpot appears under Your connections.
Use the integration
Section titled “Use the integration”Choose which records Midlyr collects, such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and calls. Available records depend on your HubSpot permissions.
- Open the HubSpot Manage connection menu. Select Edit sync scope.
- Select the CRM objects to collect. For call testing, enable Calls.
- Set Collect from to the earliest record update date to include. Save your selection.
- Select Sync now to start collection.
- Open the relevant feed and test run to read the results and source evidence.
For example, test a Zoom-related customer call against your configured compliance checks. HubSpot supplies the call record and metadata. With Zoom connected, Midlyr can retrieve the available transcript for testing.
Call testing requires a configured Call Monitoring workflow in the same workspace. Connecting HubSpot alone does not provide access to Zoom transcripts.
Remove the app
Section titled “Remove the app”In Midlyr
Section titled “In Midlyr”- Open Alignment → Integrations.
- Open the HubSpot connection’s Manage connection menu.
- Select Disconnect. Confirm the removal.
This removes the connection and its stored OAuth credentials. Future requests through that connection stop.
In HubSpot
Section titled “In HubSpot”- Open Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps in HubSpot.
- Find Midlyr. Open Actions.
- Select Uninstall. Enter uninstall in the confirmation field. Confirm the removal.
Uninstall removes the app from your HubSpot account. Also disconnect HubSpot in Midlyr to remove its connection record.
Stored data
Section titled “Stored data”Previously collected records, test results, and evidence are not automatically deleted.
To request data removal, email support@midlyr.ai with your workspace and the records to remove. Removal remains subject to retention obligations and your customer agreement.
For installation and removal help, see HubSpot’s app guide.
